Catch a Show at Waterside

A film (rated U) called ‘Inside Out’ on 1st June at 2pm. Live theatre (age 8+) with ‘Error 404’ on 4th June at 11.30am & 2.30pm.

Forest Explorers

Events at Tatton

As well as the ongoing Roald Dahl celebrations, on Wednesday 1st June there’s an interactive Bug Workshop (part of Amazed by Science week), Willow Weaving and Cycling Boredom Busters. There’s also a Family Birdwatch on 3rd June and a classic car spectacular on the 4th.

Live Theatre at the Lowry

3rd & 4th June: The Hollywood Special Effects Show (interactive & explosive family show). Sunday 5th June, 1pm & 3pm: The Very Magic Flute – Imaginative theatre show with big laughs. Beautiful puppets, magical transformations, for deaf & hearing audiences (age 3-7).

Half Term Fun at MSI

An early evening event for kids age 7+. Children’s Explorer Tour – brave the darkened tunnels as you go back in time and experience the life of a child during the war Thursday. 2nd June, 6.45pm – 8pm

 The Great Big Noise Festival

Daily performances, games, crafts and workshops for the under 12s. Including Ground Control, Flicker & The Flying Books, The Allotment, Fireside Tales with Grandad, Cake and Space Cadets Academy.

Craft Activities at Hatworks

Wednesday 1st June, 1.30pm – 4pm: Get a Head, Get a Hat! (Shape, paint and decorate a straw hat however you like). Tuesday 31st May, 1.30pm – 4pm: Screen Print a T-shirt (learn how to screen print, then design and print your own t-shirt ready for the summer). Thursday 2nd June, 2pm – 4pm: Decorate a Plate (use ceramic pens/paints to decorate a plate and take it home to ‘fire’ it ready for breakfast). Booking essential for all events.
