WHAT IS LITTLE TIGERS MAGAZINE?
Little Tigers is a printed magazine providing information and inspiration to parents, grandparents and carers of children aged 0-11. It is dedicated exclusively to families and organisations in northeast Cheshire and south Manchester. 12,000 free copies of Little Tigers are given to readers, via over 125 distribution outlets.
WHY DO LOCAL FAMILIES LOVE LITTLE TIGERS?
When Little Tigers was founded, there was very little information available for local families with babies and young children. Nowadays, the opposite is true — an online search produces too much information and it is hard to sift through it, work out which bits are still current, and find out what you really need to know. Little Tigers is here to help parents and carers make sense of it all — with independently researched information, well-written articles and carefully curated listings for local families with young children.
The most popular sections of the printed magazine are the Days Out & Events listings — a carefully curated seasonal guide to family-friendly things to do in the coming months — and the Baby & Toddler Diary section at the back.
PRINT PUBLICATION DATES
Little Tigers Magazine is published 3 times a year, just after the half term holidays:

A LITTLE HISTORY
Alison started Little Tigers in 2001, when she had just had a baby and was pregnant with her second, and ran it until 2007. From then until early 2016, Dany and Tiffany owned, produced and distributed the magazine. In the spring of 2016, the business went full circle and passed back to Alison, who is now the owner and editor again; she continues to be supported by the magazine’s fantastic network of local suppliers, freelancers and distributors.
