BUGGYFIT is an outdoor pre and post natal exercise class for new Mums and Mums to be. Buggyfit classes are an hour long, and usually involve a 2-4 mile power walk,so that we raise our heart rates and start to burn fat!. As you progress you can introduce some interval running or leg weights if you want to! The cardio element combined with the strengthening and toning exercises are proving an ideal way to get back in shape after your new arrival. We aim to strengthen, tone and repair those areas hit by pregnancy and birthlike the back, pelvic floor and abs, but we also work the hamstrings, bottom and arms!. This is donethrough various exercises such as lunges, squats, press ups,tricep dips,core stability and much more. Whatever your ability or postnatal stage we have a programme that will suit your needs, from initial recuperation in your first six weeks, through those tough times of getting back into your jeans and onto those new levels of fitness - and most of this from behind your buggy or pram! So what better way to meet new friends, get fit and have fun! -All you need is your buggy and your baby!
