Ivy Cottage Tree Farm is on Racecourse Road (around Lindow Common) Wilmslow. At Christmas time (from 20th November) the Christmas shop is open selling trees, decorations, stands and wreaths. You can choose a Norway Spruce tree growing in the ground, label it and return nearer the time to collect. These trees can be supplied potted, rootballed or cut. Having a real Christmas Tree is the environmentally sustainable choice. Trees take carbon dioxide from the air and turn it into oxygen. A real tree, once harvested and enjoyed at Christmas can be returned to us for recycling (as wood chippings) or burnt as firewood. For every tree harvested another tree is always planted. We are active members of the British Christmas Tree Growers Association, which works on behalf of UK growers to promote their activities. We also have a huge range of cut Nordmann Firs, Fraser Firs and Lodgepole Pines available to buy. Although we regularly stock trees up to about 12 foot, if you require anything larger please let us know as we will get larger trees to order from our other plantations. Year Round: we supply firewood logs by the bag or by the trailer load.
